Made a large batch of caramel apples for Christmas gifts this year… Here are the final products!
From left to right (on the bottom pictures), I made plain, toffee, and apple pie flavors. So far there haven’t been any bad reviews from the recipients. And a big thank you, of course, to my Quality Control department (a.k.a. Phoenix) for testing the apples and approving them for distribution.
It was a time consuming process, but I had so much fun making them that I will do them again for sure!
